Cancellations

If you are unable to attend it is possible to transfer your place to a colleague. NB You must email conference@svnsweden.com informing us of this change one week prior to the conference.

Cancellation of conference attendance must be sent as an email to conference@svnsweden.com

If you have registered and paid and your cancellation is received before 1 August the participant fee will be reimbursed except for €50 for administration costs. If your cancellation is received after 1 August or if you fail to attend no reimbursement will be possible.

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference programme without notice. The conference website will be updated and show the current programme.
