Nothing-to-hide Business Practice
Henrik Dahlström
As the ethical aspects of business become an increasing concern for media and the public the issue of trustworthiness is key. In this workshop Henrik Dahlström will discuss openness and transparency as strategic factors for creating loyalty and trust from both external stakeholders and employees. Willingness to dialogue with different stakeholders is a way to infuse credibility, even when problems arise. Many companies have found that third party auditing of the supply chains is a means to ensure objective evaluation of social responsibility and that there is nothing to hide. Other areas where openness will be vital regard remuneration of top managers and the way corruption and bribery is tackled.
