Kristina Alsér is the Managing Director of Mercatus AB, an environmental engineering firm in Vimmerby, Sweden. She is convinced of the ability of every individual to perform wonders. Astrid Lindgren, the world famous author born in the town, is Kristina’s role model: powerful, sensitive, purposeful, sees problems as solutions, loves people. Kristina has strong values and clear rules yet she gives her creative, highly trained and experienced staff plenty of freedom.
